His career started 1992 as Manager– Engineering Services with Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Limited (DRL) Hyderabad.

Dr. Venkata is an accomplished, innovative & business management professional with over 20 years of experience in the areas of information technology, mining, oil and gas, agriculture, horticulture and livestock feeds. He is an expert in clay based natural mineral adsorbents with a particular emphasis on their use in feed formulations (Toxin binders), oil refineries (Aviation Turbine Fuel), crop protection chemicals (Agriculture and Horticulture), thixotropic applications (paints and coatings) etc. He is a seasoned player with excellent capabilities in dealing with both internal & external stakeholders and customers. He has very strong technical, commercial, logistics and management experience. Dr Kambala has a PhD from Indian Institute of Chemical Technology.
